• Responsible for handling BAU for Darwinbox which includes development, integration, testing and launching of multiple dashboards and modules. • Act as point of contact for any Darwinbox related issues and able to troubleshoot, monitor and solve problems. • Worked closely with project integration and functional team to ensure all data requirements are captured accurately and loaded during HCM system migration.• Integral part of the team during Hypercare and Stabilization period. Given responsibility to handle and assist in Phase 1 stabilization of ‘Core’ and ‘Standard and Customize Workflow’ module.• Given responsibility to handle and assist in Phase 2 HR system Implementation which includes ‘Talent Management’, ‘Compensation Planning’, ‘Learning’, ‘Performance’ and ‘Engagement’ modules• Heavily involved in change communication activities due to new HR system (Communication of system migration, Training to employee’s & managers and User Guides)• Collaborate with business partners and the AMS team to ensure enhancements are optimally designed, configured, and function well within the organization's infrastructure and personnel need.• Assist team in analyzing and publishing data report, dashboard on monthly and need basis to ensure team has accurate data representation and interpretation.
