Involves collaborating with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and devising effective recruitment strategies.Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and recruitment requirements.Act as the main point of contact for client consultations, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client expectations.Talent Acquisition:Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.Ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates within agreed-upon timelines.

- Responsibility includes sourcing various roles from Junior roles to Executive level across all industries.- Search for suitable candidates using a variety of sourcing tools - Participated in end-to-end recruitment process (screening and shortlisting applications, arrange interviews, salary negotiation, making offer, process on boarding)- Perform administration associated to the on-boarding of new employees.- Maintain up to date and accurate records recruitment status.- Continually help identify and propose ideas for process improvement.- Carry out reference check upon successful interviews

* Manage the recruitment process from client visitation, sourcing candidates, pre-screen, interview to offer negotiations, and ensure successful closure of each job order from all clients. * To bring in new candidates through connections to increase company’s database with high-quality candidates * Consistently contacting candidates for follow ups (after interviews) in order to improve competitiveness and deliver long-term goals. * Coordinate appointments and interview schedule between the clients and candidates. * Supports and reports to General Manager.
