Continuing my SAM career at McKesson, I lead a small but mighty team delivering operations excellence in our SAM space. I manage the entire SAM program, from lifecycle management to inventory, and vendor management to internal and external audits. I develop SAM practitioners and guide our managed service partners to ensure McKesson is more secure, fully compliant, running lean, and making the right software investments. Family-ran business with multiple streams of creative content and merchandise. This became an incubator and test practice for on-demand printing options and the merchandising process of modern content production. It helped me reconnect with the social media market and explore the fast-retail space that I hadn't been involved with prior. A great learning experience. Ryder Tribe LLC closed its doors in March 2023 due to the Ryder Family moving to Washington State. We took the opportunity to not move the company so we can remake the company more simply and targeted.

Managing operations of license management, compliance, and optimization of software internally used at Salesforce.
