I am responsible to develop, retain and grow a portfolio of Key accounts in the Leeds Bradford area. I work closely with my existing and prospect customers to understand their supply chain. Business logistics, e-commerce, freight and Special Services. We can add value utilising FedEx's growing strength and position in global logistics following the acquisition of TNT.

As an account manager I had to develop, retain and grow a portfolio of SME customers in a specific territory. I was responsible for winning new business by networking in the local market identifying potential opportunities whilst retaining and growing the existing customer base ensuring we understand their supply chain. I also worked closely with the complementing divisions within TNT and FedEx. I provide a critical link between the business and our customers developing an effective partnership to ensure that relevant information is shared and our customers receive the appropriate service for their business.The role is primarily field based visiting existing, new and prospect customer with some time based at the local office to maintain depot relations.
