Intelligence Systems Section Manager within the Military Intelligence Company of the 4th Infantry Division's 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team. Led a team of 10 maintainers through multiple Military Intelligence Training Strategy certifications and National Training Center Rotation 22-02. Managed the maintenance aspects of the Prophet Enhanced POR-B new equipment fielding. Provided input to the planning of the Brigade Intelligence Support Element; systems included: Prophet, Trojan Special Purpose Integrated Remote Intelligence Terminal (SPIRIT) v3, Capability Drop 1 (CD-1), Intelligence Fusion Server (IFS), Portable Multi-Function Workstation (P-MFWS), and MaxVision's Geospatial Workstation (GWS).

Administered the drug testing program for a unit of 140 people. Successfully performed all collections and turn-ins with zero discrepancies. Aligned records-keeping process with Army regulations.

Primary COMSEC custodian/hand receipt holder for the unit. Processed and assisted alternate COMSEC custodians. Maintained paperwork and procedures in accordance with Army regulations. Performed software updates on COMSEC equipment. Assisted with COMSEC troubleshooting, repair, and requisition. Passed all inspections with no major faults.

Detachment Manager of a remote outpost along the Korean DMZ co-located with Republic of Korea Armed Forces members. Coordinated site maintenance, visits, and resupply.

Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of all unit intelligence systems. Coordinated intelligence systems maintenance across one headquarters element and two battalions. Maintained and/or operated the Trojan SPIRIT v3 and Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A) family of systems, to include the IFS, GWS, Global Broadcast System (GBS), and P-MFWS.

Field Technician for the Guardrail airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) platform as part of Task Force Lightning and Task Force ODIN (Observe, Detect, Identify, Neutralize) at Bagram and Kandahar Airfields. Responsible for COMSEC, pre-flight inspections, mission control, and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance for the signals intelligence (SIGINT) payload on a special electronics mission aircraft (SEMA).

System Administrator for the 307th Military Intelligence Battalion, 207th Military Intelligence Brigade (Theater), and US Army Africa (since redesignated as US Army Southern European Task Force, Africa) with duty at Caserma Ederle, Caserma Del Din, and Longare. Involved in the planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of the information systems infrastructure for a theater intelligence brigade and service component command G2 to include headquarters, operations floor, and sensitive compartmented access facilities (SCIF).

Administrative Assistant for the Vicenza Military Intelligence Detachment and US Army Africa Intelligence Support Platoon co-located at Caserma Ederle. Performed administrative work as a member of the headquarters element in a team of thirty military intelligence professionals.
