With over ten years in in the field, I have honed skills in patient advocacy, care planning, and resource coordination. Having previously worked in Washington's busiest Emergency Department, I have thrived in fast-paced, high-stress environments while remaining empathetic and patient-centered.I am passionate about supporting my colleagues, I strive to be a beacon of resilience, encouraging others to join me in combating burnout. Having witnessed the impact of burnout on professionals leaving the field I find it highly important to ensure that I am doing my part to ensure that the work environment is a positive place, where employees want to be.
