Implementation and management of projects in the agricultural and biotechnological spheres according to outstaffing and outsourcing models. I joined the main project at the presale stage and conducted the discovery phase, organized work on the project using the "Scrum" methodology, and recruited a coherent team (at its peak it was 25) of professional people. Together we successfully completed the scope of work on the product which was planned for this stage. At the same time, I participated in presales, for a short time, managed an outstaff project on the topic of artificial intelligence, and finance, and recruited people to the team there.As a delivery manager - I was responsible for financial success (P&L) at those projects.

I implemented measures for the popularization and recognition of the trademark and subsidiary enterprises. I was conducting mass advertising events and promotions. Organization of digital promotion and advertising. Creation of information-pushing events. Content management.

Provided assistance in the technical aspects of project implementation, integration with external services, and development of own functionality for the platform for predicting the state of financial markets and investment opportunities (including cryptocurrencies).

Synergy.net. is a unique SaaS solution where we ware developed new features and customized clients platforms (e-commerce, warehousing, etc) for new and existing clients.

We were developing and supporting several projects, each of which was realized as a web application, desktop, and mobile applications. Projects have a fairly wide global audience.

As a subcontractor, (I, and my teammates) we were developed and successfully completed a project of the automated analytical web application for one of the largest manufacturers and importer/exporter of food products in Ukraine.
