Being the president of the HEC Lausanne Ski Club gave me many challenges. A big part of this challenge was that I had to managed a team of 21 members for a whole year. I, not only, trained my team for a competition's event (Altigliss) but also searched for sponsorships to be able to raise funds to support us throughout this challenge. Moreover, the University of Lausanne supported us with a budget that I had to respect. All those challenges gave me the chance to build social skills, negotiations skills, managing skills and mainly decisions skills as I had the responsability to take actions for the whole team.
