Project Engineer Responsibilities:• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases.• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes.• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing.• Management: Defining project scope, timing and resource requirements. Develop costing for funding procurement, develop detailed schedules, and manage design resources and the overall equipment development process through the installation at the manufacturing facility.Automation Engineer Responsibilities:• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure parts are readily available at all times.• Perform new equipment setup and buyoff to ensure equipment output meets engineering quality requirement. • Support for the assembly: Support the assembly team and update documentation to reflect all corrections and improvements done during fabrication and assembly.• Maintains preventative maintenance schedule and records for all systems and equipment and conducting periodic maintenance checks, planning equipment upgrades and machinery modifications, identifying faults, investigating equipment breakdowns. Repair or maintenance service, conduct root cause analysis, risk assessments, and incident investigations.• Identify required data, data acquisition plans and test parameters, setting up equipment to conform to engineering and production specifications.• Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support to the manufacturing operations to facilitate continuous improvement (Yield & OEE) for future development. • DEBUG and Troubleshooting: Hands on required and able to handle troubleshooting and supporting production line in the event of line down and work with the controls engineering and build teams to bring the machine to functional condition per the design intent.• Assist in setting up new machines and transferring equipment at different plants. • Additional Knowledge on KAIZEN, SAP, LEAN, Six Sigma, and FMEA.
