 Ensuring accurate, appropriate recording, analysis of revenue, expenses and recording of all day to day transaction into General Ledger. Preparation of semi-annually and annually reporting (Sales Executive summary). Preparation of monthly management reporting package (Business unit wise, salesperson wise, product wise and customer wise sales and percentage of business done, Invoice wise profitability, variance analysis and ratio analysis ) in accordance with companies requirements. Ensuring that the financial records are maintained in accordance with International Accounting Standards and company policies. My interpersonal skills helped me to liaison with diversified sales team and to ensure the timely collection of receivables from customers as per their credit terms. Also directly reporting to CEO on weekly and monthly basis presenting him Sales Analysis report, Collection report, Age analysis report and graphical and statistical percentage of Business Company has achieved. Liaising with banks in all matters and pursuing receipt from all customers as per their agreement. Liaising with legal department preparing legal documents for dishonored payments, bounced cheques, Police/Court Cases and updating the files accordingly. Preparing Export LC documents. In addition to my duties I have taken responsibility of additional work load in absence of fellow Accountant and effectively driven the accounts department. Liaison with external auditors for the annual audit through providing them with the required documents.
