1. Lead and technically manage a team of 25+ engineers from Delivery Partners as a Partner Technical Advisor (PTA).2. Drive team readiness and development by analyzing skills gaps and aligning engineers with product needs to ensure timely case resolution.3. Perform case reviews and customer wellness checks, ensuring compliance and progression of complex technical cases handled by Delivery Partners.4. Mentor engineers to enhance cross-team collaboration and improve effectiveness across multiple technologies and business lines.5. Contribute to customer self-help and volume deflection initiatives by providing insights on common issues and developing troubleshooting guides and content.6. Collaborate with stakeholder teams to provide valuable product and process feedback for continuous improvement.7. Participate in Triage Meetings with Product Groups, leveraging expertise to guide product discussions and resolutions.8. Act as an escalation point for Delivery Partners engineers, facilitating communication with Product Group teams.9. Drive initiatives that promote Delivery Excellence within the AI, Copilot, and Microsoft Office domains with Delivery Partners.10. Occasionally engage directly with customers to facilitate resolution of complex technical issues.11. Communicate technical issues and recommendations clearly to engineers and build strong relationships with key influencers, including SMEs and Technical Advisors, to impact business results.
