Thus, creating BOM for Enterprise Resource Planning System.Technical Lead for Nidec Minster complex parts modelling and drawing. Developed and supported for Quick Die Change Mechanism and presented capability deck. Design Concepts creation for New HLM System 1.5. Defines design requirements and hardware specifications based on customer and perfusionist requirements.  Contributes to create and develop designs of complex mechanical assemblies, mechanisms, and component parts of HLM System. Design’s plastics (Thermoform and Injection mold), Sheetmetal and CNC machined parts as per manufacturing and assembly guidelines. Performs mechanical analysis and calculations including tolerance analysis, load calculation, and spring calculation to ensure consistent performance in safety critical applications. Creating models and Drawings in Siemens NX 1919, Design Documentations as per customer process. Vendor assessment. Cable drawing creation for quotation.

Project: Machine for Automatic Medical Dispensing Unit Client: Diagnostic CentreObjective: To build an automatic dispensing unit which will scan the wounded part and scale the implemented parts, automatically dispense the multiple fluids to clean and sterilize the identified part. Responsibility:  To model the complete unit in UG NX. To procure all catalog parts. To fabricate all parts using 3D print or other feasible manufacturing process. To create an interface b/w machine and computer using Arduino, GRBL, Universal G-Code Sender and Inkscape.

 Initial engagement with the RRD design and PDG team Generated more than 50 new design drawings for manufacturing acceptance in Siemens NX as per latest RR OP and BP which are based on ASME and GD&T.  Been to RRD Germany (Duration: 10 months) and acquired in depth knowledge on Turbines components, manufacturing process such as Investment Casting, Grinding, EDM (Die sink), Laser drilling etc. Worked on Trent XWB 84EP, MT30, RB3043 and BR700NG engines Received positive feedback from the customer for onsite support which helped in adding more opportunities for offshore team  Supported RR designer for constructing new fan shaped cooling holes and automation in Siemens NX through UDF(User Define Features) from the inputs received from aerothermal team and clear DTA gates
