About Loic Leclere
I hold a degree in Electrical and Power Electronics Engineering. I started my career in 1998 in CEGELEC before joining ALSTOM and hold several positions in project engineering before joining R&D department to run NPI programs and project. I took the head of a multidisciplinary R&D team to develop medium voltage drives and associated control system before joining Marine business in 2010 as Technical director. When CONVERTEAM was acquired by GE I was appointed Product leader and Solution Leader for Marine business.In the current position my responsibilities are to offer optimized solutions to customers to drive cost-out and increase margin leveraging our system engineering capabilites.I have demonstrated strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in high pressure and challenging working environments. I have good disposition for critical thinking and seeking frequent and direct customer feedback. I am curious about the world, always looking for alternatives and challenging the norms and behaviors. Finally I have good interpersonal skills to inspire and empower others.
