The most important project has been the launch of Studyfuera in Mexico. Studyfuera is an educational agency helping Mexicans to study abroad. I started the project at the beginning of 2014 and I've been able to start operations in Mexico in 8 months. Main tasks have been to hire people, decide marketing and sales strategies (B2C, B2B and B2B2C) and ensure PnL compliance.The other project is an online portal of study abroad programs (www.studyfuera.com) and was launched in March 2015.
