As Regional Content Lead, I work closely with Content Developers in otherGeos to identify region-specific training needs, and to design, develop and review symmetrical or asymmetrical courses through each phase of the ADDIEprocess.I maintain relationships with SMEs across different lines of business. Thisincludes training SMEs to streamline the content review process, and to channel more usable feedback during the development of training content.I am responsible for capturing feedback from French content users, and working with localisation teams based in France and California to resolvelocalisation issues.
