Throughout his 20 years with LOBO, Loic has held many production leadership roles and has collaborated with renowned agencies such as TBWA/Paris, Publicis, Havas, BBH London, 180 Amsterdam, Kessels & Kramer, Ogilvy & Mather NY, BBDO Energy, McCann Erickson, Arnold Worldwide, and Deutsch LA, among others.A creative studio dedicated to moving images since the beginning of the millennium, LOBO is elevating Loic to help reestablish themselves as a dominant force in the US market, but also to bestow upon them a larger and more commanding presence in Europe, the Middle East and regions of Asia.

LOBO partnered with Ground Control Studios for representation across the UK and Asia. Founded in 2013, the studio enables and curates world-class talent to provide effective solutions for brand clients’ creativity needs.The signing follows LOBO’s successful expansion into NYC to support increased demand in the U.S. market and cements its London presence under the leadership of Executive Creative Producer Loic Dubois for also the European and MEA markets.

Lobo was approached by TBWA\Paris and Passion Pictures in 2012, under creative guidance of director Laurent Nicolas, with a bold proposition: to bring McDonald’s new mascot Happy to life and take charge of producing a continuing series of animated shorts where he would interact with characters from all major animation studios, like Dreamworks, BlueSky, Reel FX and Fox. With Loic Francois Marie Dubois as it Creative Executive Director it was a hugely complex enterprise, coordinating assets from various production companies and generating content for an array of different markets around the globe; but also a very gratifying experience, one that allowed us to work with so many amazing new characters and beloved franchises from the world of film and animation.Today, the project keeps going stronger than ever, now under Lobo’s full control. And every time a new McDonald’s Happy Meal campaign shows up on the horizon we can’t wait to see what characters we’ll have the privilege to work with, and what wild antics they will get embroiled in with our wacky, cheerful friend Happy.

Loïc Francois Marie Dubois, father of three kids, born in Paris and currently living in Sao Paulo. Educated in English and French, ended my schooling in Paris and graduated in Philosophy Art and Literature. Worked as a photographer assistant in Paris and then Palo Alto (CA). Moved back into moving image, winning a BFA in Motion Picture and Television at the Academy of Arts College, San Francisco. From Silicon Graphics, Avid, Microsoft, After Effects, Adobe, Toonboom, Maya, Nuke, Unity, AR, VR, XR or Blender to name a few started pushing pixels since the early 90's working as a broadcast designer and producer for the South American market working for Cisneros Television Group (Claxson), MTV Latin America, AXN, and Disney among others. Joined Lobo in the end of 2002 as a creative executive producer for the director-founder Mateus de Paula Santos.Since then was the Global Head of Production overseeing all the international executive productions for Lobo until 2016. With the Ebeling Group from 2003 to 2013, with Passion Pictures up to 2015, Partizan and now with Hustle and a new office in NYC with Luis Ribeiro working with most of the major agencies worldwide such as TBWA Paris, Saatchi & Saatchi Paris, DC NAZCA, BBH London, 180 Amsterdam, Kessels & Kramer, Ogilvy & Mather NY, BBDO Energy, McCann Erickson, Arnold Worldwide, Deutsch LA, to name a few, winning a very large amount of renowned international awards and festivals.
