• Delivered a leading data annotation SaaS solution for ML and Computer Vision industry combining advanced 2D and 3D annotation services with high quality, high precision data annotation automation• Hired and managed a 40+ Software Engineers team composed of ML Researchers and Software Engineers. Created an office in Montreal to support our Research and Development activities.• Key leader responsible for the transformation of Sama into an Agile Development methodology while promoting innovation as a core principle• Defined and executed company technology strategy in close partnership with Product Management while building support from the company board• Instrumental role in successfully completing our Series A and Series B $75M raise.

• Hired and managed a 60+ team in 3 continents responsible for all aspects of Unity Cloud Services Service architecture and delivery. Partnered with the Product Organization on establishing and delivering product strategy and roadmap.• Implemented a Customer centric approach to large scale cloud product development following lean development, Agile principles and continuous delivery.• Established an $50M cloud services hosting program vision, funding and executed the delivery of the company’s online services strategy for EMEA, AMER, and APAC, including China.• Led the creation of our Data Engineers team and drove the development and scaling of Unity Data Lake and Data Query platform.• Partnered with our Business Development group to successfully negotiate and deliver a $300M Google and Tencent Cloud Services revenue-sharing partnership.

Salesforce Health Cloud―Head of Development• Built and managed Heath Cloud product development team of 20+ subject matter experts from the ground up. Interfaced and collaborated successfully with other engineering and business groups to create and deliver on product vision.• Led a high-performing, 18-member team charged with driving the definition, architecture, implementation, and support of Salesforce HealthCare product line.• Partnered with Salesforce product management team to provide streamlined delivery of Salesforce solutions that lead healthcare industry-specific applications that cover care providers, payers, and life science. • Developed strategic plans for enterprise cloud services; including transition strategies, bundling (multiple cloud offerings) strategies, mission/vision descriptions, and positioning strategies.Salesforce Service Management and Infrastructure Automation• Successfully built a highly qualified team and promoted engineering excellence. Ensured team delivered compelling solutions that took Salesforce to a $10B company that is now also adopted by other cloud service providers.• Established program vision and executed delivery of comprehensive short- and long-term planning and forecasting for Salesforce service covering all aspects of data center resource management, including system and support infrastructure.• Led a team of 20+ software developers charged with creating systems that scaled Salesforce.com cloud infrastructure.• Drove all aspects of the development, from the definition, funding, implementation and deployment. • Built and managed a team of engineers in charge of infrastructure capacity planning, business planning, and reporting. • Designed, implemented, and delivered presentation on Infrastructure solutions at Salesforce. • Provided financial and strategic guidance for the execution of cost-effective data center service, processes, and products development. Orchestrated the Data Center product development initiative focused on addressing enterprise and service provider data center market from market analysis to product prototyping, testing, feasibility and customer validation. • Managed, designed, and integrated a Power Efficient Distributed File System (DFS) product to address scalable, low-cost storage needs for Enterprise data centers and Service providers. The solution, based on PowerPC, provides multi-Petabyte fault-tolerant and high-performance Network Access Storage for under $0.4/GB or 60% more cost effective than the competition and providing the maximum storage density per Watt with line rate RAID and encryption.• Designed and prototyped fabric server hardware solution aimed at minimizing initial acquisition costs to address the cloud service market. The fabric-based design achieved a 50% TCO reduction over 3 years while maintaining similar performance and improving system manageability.• Managed a 12-member data center group in charge of planning and architecture of AMCC's infrastructure with 7 data centers in 3 continents hosting over 2000 servers. Developed operational processes articulated around ITIL such as change management, incident response, and solid project management skills.

• Led a team of 7 senior engineers that developed an automated, high-end, and cost effective web hosting product offering. Leveraged a broad range of technical and leadership skills, supporting all aspects of strategic management, operations oversight, financial planning, client relationship management, and cross-functional team leadership.• Oversaw utility computing product development effort: built an exhaustive capital and operational expenditures modeling physical versus automated hosting implementation. Decreased equipment purchase costs by 68% for first release of virtual implementation and provisioned costs by 50%+. The project placed AT&T in the Leaders Quadrant in Gartner’s “Magic Quadrant for Web Hosting.”• Single-handedly conceived and led ATLAS platform development: ATLAS is a real-time event correlation for network devices that integrates a range of technologies including AAA accounting, TACACS+, SecurID, Syslog, and SNMP into a relational database reporting platform. • Led IP Content Delivery Network development team; able to stream video on demand media to more than 200,000 simultaneous users, live media to over 10 million customers, and serve 1 million HTTP requests per second. The solution won the Third Annual “Interop Infrastructure Awards” in September 2000.
