A highly experienced CMO specialising in Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, eCommerce and User Experience in the luxury travel sector.At Cruise.co.uk I led a digital transformation project which included the launch of a new online-only, full ecommerce brand delivering £65m of incremental revenue in two and half years. Previously at Audley Travel, I defined and delivered the Digital and Marketing Strategy over almost 15 years - a key factor in growing the business from £15m turnover in 2004 to £412m in 2019.
