• The CA’s responsibility is to take the excel data from our customers and manipulate to fit into our in-house quoting system, to facilitate the quoting process, and to extract this data from our system after quoting is.
• RFQ/file extraction for customer’s on-line quote system
• With Program Management, review RFQs received from customers (on-line, excel, pdf) to develop the most effective process to prepare file for quoting
• Prepare raw BOM Analysis (when deemed necessary) to assist Program Management with quote upload strategy. (Incumbent vs incremental vs new)
• Manipulate raw bill of materials to prepare for upload, and conversion back into the customer’s format.
• Review and provide BID quotations received from customer.

• Expediting, Planning, Inventory Control & Scheduling of electrical parts for manufacturing.
• Negotiation & Liaising with Suppliers of parts supply.

• Responsible for the purchase of quality materials for mold chase parts and fabrication, tooling requirements, steels, spare parts, chemicals, equipment and other items necessary for the company's operations within the.
• Evaluate and Negotiate price per vendor.
• Generate, Issue PO to the selected supplier and ensures timely delivery at all times.
• Responsible for the PM2 system updates and data entries into the system for master file updates.
• Coordinate with PPC and Mfg to ensure delivery of goods and services meet production schedule.
• Arrange for shipment/freight for materials ordered from overseas suppliers.

• Responsible for analyzing Assembly Operation’s Financial Performance, implementing control of division’s assets. Providing financial tools such as projections and monitoring of cost and productivity which aid in.
• Furnish reports and analysis regarding actual Income Statement and Projections based on forecast.
• Provide 6 months forecast and monthly PnL projection to the top management.
• Prepare monthly budget and Annual Operation Plan of the department.
• Works closely with TDT and Operations to finalize materials, direct material usage, process flow and machine requirements for new and incoming builds for cost model generation and pricing.
• Identify and analyze products with low profit margin by comparing the actual cost to assemble unit as against ASP
