Track customer calls, support requests and develop reports and metrics as needed. Provide efficient and timely resolution of customer issues. Perform Advanced Computer Operator duties per documented processes and procedures. These tasks include and are not limited to media operations mounting/demounting of media, performing system commands, assisting customers via Voip, Team Viewer/Remote Desktop and email. Interacting with hardware included placing service request via phone/electronically and processing of inter-site media movement and evidence retention.
