I'm on the journey to improve and apply my skillset to large-scale system. This would be a part of my long journey to the Machine Learning system design.In this role, I have opportunities to enhance my FastAPI with Postgresql skills on top of Google Cloud Platforms serverless ecosystem such as Google Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.

I work on edge device model conversion. Particularly, I mainly convert models written in Pytorch/Tensorflow to TensorflowLite, sometimes to the ONNX intermediate presentation, and write the pre-processing as well as post-processing code in the testing and production environments such as native code, e.g. Kotlin for Android, and C++ plugin in UnityMoreover, I have opportunities to apply FastAPI to serve models and send requests to get the results back from them. This does not require much effort but I think it is a way to deploy the model that I have a chance to hand on.

During this time, I had opportunities to improve the existing eKYC platform and research useful engineering skills in deploying Deep Learning systems.- I implemented and deployed my own OCR models to work with ID cards, Driver licenses, and Business cards.- I deployed my models using TorchJIT, TensorRT, and Flask- Also, I have experience with AirFlow library to build a semi-automated machine learning system. In addition, I used QT as a GUI library to create several utilitarian tools to speed up data processing and labeling.- I, as an author and a presenter, hosted a local seminar about using and applying GIT (Vietnamese)- I also joined hands with my teammates to write a research paper published in ACOMP2020

I joined a CBA Project, which is related to research and implement a small chat application with high availability. The main role is to use understand and integrate OpenSAF framework to the application. I learned how to develop a small chat application in C++ using UNIX socket, using Python pexpect library to write automation tests, basic OpenSAF knowledge, work in SCRUM/Agile environment, use Git and Gitlab CI/CD.
