As Senior Secretary in the Engineering Dept., I reported directly to the Manager of New Jackup (oil rigs) Construction. I provided secretarial support and made travel arrangements for nine Engineers, who traveled to offices around the world. I completed various reports for above-referenced Engineers and managers. I also served in the Drafting room reproducing oil rig designs and specifications, drawings, and diagrams. I ocassionally worked in the Engineering Library filing reports, memorandums and letters pertaining to individual oil rigs.

I oversaw the Hardlines area, including hardware, automotive products, and paint supplies. I prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports for my Supervisor. I personally filled and refilled items in the hardlines area such as antifreeze, oil, paints tools, etc. I supervised two part-time employees.
