My computer skills play a key role . I have knowledge of commonly-used office applications which come in handy for both the sales and office duties required to perform my job. I have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. I was promoted to rooms control after only 6 months with the new company. I am now knowledgeable with both company's system. After 30 years with Hilton, it is now a pleasure learning and adapting to what was once my target.
