Oversaw rigorous internal review of education policy research documents that were contract deliverables to US Department of Education, Institutes of Education Sciences (IES). Review often included substantive reshaping of policy message and research design of research studies under consideration or being implemented.• Established and implemented quality review procedures for contract proposals and education policy studies and reports, resulting in proposals, interim, and final reports that were acceptable to IES.• Co-authored education policy research study reports, assuring reports that were of highest quality.

Created speech-language assessments. Planned, organized, and prioritized development activities for assigned projects.
