My focus is on succession, executive development, and compensation. I do succession planning primarily with family businesses transitioning between generations. I am currently building the compensation side of our business, offering individual C-Suite compensation memos and full company compensation benchmark reports. We also do team and individual leadership development, executive coaching, and employee training.
