As Branch Co-ordinator I have varied Administration duties and responsibilities. My main duty is that of the receptionist role which involves answering the phone, meeting and greeting everyone who enters the office. This can range from new customers to our existing candidates that we are currently working with. I am the first point of contact via the telephone as well as face to face, which means that I am responsible for cascading any messages to the correct member of staff. I currently work within a team of 10 people and I am responsible for managing the team’s diaries when booking appointments and booking rooms with in the branch. I am also responsible for Managing the Newcastle Enquires Inbox from our website. I manage the branches finances for running the office such as organising training courses, for staff and candidates. I arrange payment for interpreters as well as raise Purchase Orders and invoicing. I ensure we have the correct orders for stationary and look after the £1000 petty cash budget, and work alongside my manager to stay with Profit and loss margins. Show less
