Key Delivarables:Contribute to project planning and result based management with concrete monitoring indicators.Provide input in developing the project Annual Work Plans (AWP), focusing project expected outcomes and outputs as defined in the project document.Ensure effective oversight of the project activities in line with the project interventions and LFA. Develop tools for project interventions to collect baseline and train other team members on impact surveys to measure the programme’s impact on the stakeholders.Ensure that monitoring evidence reliably informs whether the project Outputs being generated remain relevant to achieving the outcome.Enhance project impact through knowledge sharing and recommendation to project team on how to improve monitoring and evaluation of the interventions.
