Working at Fitch was a great insight into the importance of both 2D and 3D design in the marketing mix. My work ranged from generating new business leads on both a UK and International basis, alongside supporting the Head of Business Development with marketing and PR initiatives for the WPP owned agency.

Coming into the company at graduate entry level was a great opportunity to be groomed by business development professionals. I quickly learnt how to implement new business campaigns on behalf of circa 25 marketing agencies - ranging from PR, Design, Advertising, Direct Mail, Experiential and also with full service agencies.In my initial years at RSW I worked independently against set monthly targets, taking direction from my peers and learning how to find companies USP and help differentiate their offering in a crowded marketplace. On my promotion to Associate Director level, I led a new business team of six new business executives and managers, offering advice and guidance for clients pitches, new business approaches, account management and reporting. I was also frequently involved in the company's recruitment and training process.During my time at RSW I generated leads for my clients which resulted in new business wins with the likes of Flight Centre, NTT Online, Acuvue, Dentsply, BSkyB, the National Childbirth Trust and John Lewis.
