With over 25 years of combined experience in nail technology, education, and medical support, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who is passionate about service and process improvement. I have a Master Pedicurist Certificate and a TOUT - Teaching Online Using Technology Certificate, as well as multiple publications on education and teaching practices for the 21st century.Most recently, I worked as a Medical Support Assistant at Hines VA Hospital, where I performed duties related to the receipt, intake, and indexing of health and administrative information, as well as scheduling patient appointments, using a variety of patient data systems. I also have extensive experience as a nail technology teacher, director, and owner, as well as a STEM, ACT/SAT test prep tutor, and a diversity education facilitator.
