For over 25 years, Lois has been helping people successfully navigate a wide range of situations, including those that are divisive and politically charged. Her experience enables her to quickly assess the dynamics of a situation, and to respond effectively. She has the wisdom and creativity to create opportunities where none exist, forge alliances, and implement innovative approaches for clients. Lois has a gift for helping people connect & build meaningful relationships.Her belief in the importance of educating our future leaders led her to create the widely recognized School-based Outreach Program in 2005. Lois is also a sought-after public speaker and workshop facilitator, with recent presentations addressing: Generational Differences in the Workplace; Effective Mentoring Relationships; and Women in the Workforce.Lois has been recognized as a leader committed to serving with respect, integrity, and the highest regard for the public good. She is particularly qualified to work on projects requiring interface with the public sector, having worked in federal, state, and city government.
