Duties:-•Conducting sensory evaluation tests for new products •Inspecting the seal integrity of the packaged final products by performing a leak test to ensure that no contamination occurs and the food retains freshness and quality•Analyzing the moisture content of final products using the thermo-gravimetric analysis method to determine the shelf life of products•Analyzing raw materials (food and spices) at the receiving point to ensure that they are free of physical hazards and fit for processing•Monitoring to ensure strict adherence to sanitation procedures are fully followed by ensuring that production lines are residue free•Ensuring that all production have the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty

Duties:-•Conducted the resazurin test on both raw and pasteurized milk to determine the microbial activity in milk and for milk grading•Monitored the refrigeration temperatures that ensured optimal microbial activity in yoghurt preparation•Thoroughly inspected the Cleaning in Place (CIP) process of milk storage tanks, packaging lines and road tankers to avoid cross contamination of new batches milk and milk products•Conducted the Gerber test on raw and pasteurized milk to determine the butterfat content•Conducted microbial analysis of milk to detect suspected fecal contamination in milk through enumeration of fecal coliforms and streptococci

Duties:-•Analyzed food and non-food products by using a colony counter for the enumeration of Colony •Forming Units (CFUs) of microbes such as Escherichia coli as part of quality control•Accurately read, and interpreted laboratory results then computed the data for documentation purposes•Used the membrane filtration technique to analyze water samples•Handled and prepared media and other reagents through aseptic techniques by using an autoclave
