I got into customer service because I love working with customers and solving their problems. Let me start from the top. My love for customers and providing the "WOW" experience was nurtured when I enrolled for my Communication Degree. I took interest in Public Relations and Customer Relations. However over the years I developed an even more keen interest in Customer Service because I believed that was where my heart was. I can proudly say I have six years of experience working with customers in different settings (three of them working as a Lead Customer Service Personnel at Happy Customer Service Solutions). I believe that I have excellent communication skills . I like supporting new and existing customers daily and building relationships with them so that they have the confidence to come back to me on other occasions.I'm a very motivated person who works in an organized environment, following strict procedures and ensuring that nothing gets missed on my daily planner.
