MISSION STATEMENT:Lois was a FULL TIME Realtor in Florida who dedicated herself to her career and her clients. After relocation to Western NC Lois is seeking a part time position in an organization where her lifetime skills and experience will enhance each other.EXPERIENCE:Lois relocated to the Nassau County area in 2006 with her husband Dave. We absolutely fell "in love" with what I call "Tropical Mayberry" and chose this area because of it's beauty and the wonderful people that make up this community. Lois was a member of one of the top producing teams in Tampa, FL from 2003—2006 whose sales represented the top 5% of total sales from the Greater Tampa Bay area. Lois comes from a real estate family where her father, John "Son" Fannon was a well respected Auctioneer and Broker in East Tennessee. Lois' brother, Joe is a Real Estate Appraiser in the Smoky Mountain area of Tennessee. Her other brother, Bob is a Realtor in the Wilmington, NC area.
