-Identification and development of new projects and opportunities -Relationship management with industry and external stakeholders-Development of and producing for events and project cycles, from planning to realisation and evaluation-Engagement with creatives and community participants to ensure everyone finds their most suitable space and has agency in projects-Supporting Artistic Director and Managing Director to deliver the best possible outcomes for all projects-Development and producing of digital expressive arts support kit for young families during the pandemic-Daily financial management for the Foundation

-Daily operational responsibility including, record keeping and database maintenance-Book keeping and financial administration-Preparation and management of tour logistics-Guest ticketing and VIP FOH duties during productions-Work across continents to co-ordinate the project programme, marketing and fundraising in order to produce a multi-cultural classical music festival that promotes musical exchange and education across two cities

-Work across the departments of the orchestra and participate in various aspects of the daily operations, including community engagement, marketing, production, fixings, etc -Assist in producing education and outreach programmes in partnership with music service offices, schools and community based organisations, highlight projects include Key-Stage Concert and Side-by-side orchestral project in Pembrokeshire-Assist in rehearsal, concert and logistic managements of the orchestra, including music library management, chorus member communications, scheduling and record management-Tour logistic management of chorus members for the BBC Proms; accessibility assessments and support for musicians at performance venues-Participation of community-engagement initiatives meetings with arts organisation representatives across the Cardiff area

-Develop business plan for new building engagements-Research on business and financial possibilities-Develop rental packages for commercial engagements within venue-Communication between departments to understand development concerns

-Represent classical musicians or organisers in project cycles with contract negotiations and engagements-Negotiate on production programmes and handling follow-up communications, including parts, seatings, programme notes, biographies, artist portraits, technical requirements, etc-Coordinate schedules and international tours, ensuring seamless logistics, including itinerary, visas, travel arrangements and accommodations-Oversee financial aspects of productions, i.e. artist fees, budgets, royalties and scheduled payments-Organize and produce concerts and events, liaise between artists, event managements, venues and technical teams to meet high artistic and production standards-Cultivate and maintain relationship with musicians, orchestras, choirs, ensembles, venues and agents to secure future collaboration opportunities
