I have garnered a wealth of knowledge having worked both on the front lines of the industry and as part of operations and marketing teams.In recent years, I have honed my skills in devising marketing strategy, conceptualising brand communication plans and collaborating with food and liquor departments to deliver sales driving campaigns that increase revenue.
