Placed into the 1700-strong Regulatory Services (RS) Directorate to turn around a lack of trust in the efficacy of the ICT function, and to streamline their delivery of change. Following the success of this work, attention turned to the more complex (3300 staff) Customer and Community Services (CCS) Directorate. Shifting the business-ICT relationships toward a strong partnership, I also launched scaled Agile practices throughout the businesses (customer focus, hybrid teams, fast delivery and learning cycles). Led planning and execution of the RS and CCS strategic portfolios.
