Assist on neurodevelopment projects involving segmentation of MRI scans of newborns and young children; utilize ITK-SNAP, FreeSurfer, and Matlab to analyze and correct MRI scans.Beginning summer 2020, working on a joint histology project with the Paredes Lab at UCSF to process microscopy images in order to study the development of the human infant visual cortex.
