My role involved collaborating with the FDA to ensure adherence to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Key responsibilities included inspecting and analyzing food products for adulteration using methods such as AOAC, LIB, MPM, and others to precisely identify and isolate contaminants. In which I also prepared comprehensive scientific reports detailing analytical findings. I also conducted organoleptic analysis and net weight testing.

- Use of suitable EPA method for extraction depending on the Clients request and type of sample (Soil, Solid, oil, liquid). - Extractions for PCB, OCP, carbon chain identification, oil/fat, chlorinated herbicides, Organophosphorus Compounds, Chlorinated Herbicides and semi volatile organic compounds. - EPA methods: 8081, 8082, 8015, 608/1664, 8141, 8151, 8270.- Usage of Nitrogen Evaporator, Separatory funnels, Condencers, and other basic lab equipment.
