Reconcile account balances and finalize claims in toll department. Arrange for debt repayment for toll usage; locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail and telephone. Answer telephones to provide information and receive orders from customers. Work as a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Primary focus is to assist group of twenty children with school assignments; provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate and build confidence in students.
