• Conducting capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts.
• Follow-up study (operators who are all not achieving the target/capacity).
• Fixing new operators grade based on their performance and criteria.
• Developing multi-skill operators based on their individual interest and maintains skill matrix record.

• Supervision and execution of the erection work for entire and partial plant facilities up to final acceptance of the customer.
• Preparing erection schedule to meet the target within the planned time frame.
• Ensure specs for erection of machineries.
• Inspection of delivered machines and components.
