鍾家樂，香港出生，祖籍惠陽鎮隆，客家人。中學時期已接觸家業，早年留學澳洲墨爾本，畢業於皇家墨爾本理工大學國際貿易系主修市場學。回港後投身家業，跟弟弟營運煒晉石廠，加入祥勝及榮美殯儀，後創辦慰心善終服務。2017年接受傳媒訪問，被稱為「八十後禮儀師」，因而帶起禮儀師的稱號。2021年榮獲世界殯儀協會頒發認可殯葬禮儀師證書，為香港首位及暫時唯一持有者。現任房屋署上訴委員會委員、電影審裁署委員、東華三院呂潤財紀念中學校董等。近年積極生死教育、殯葬禮儀文化歷史教育推廣，務求令更多人提早預備死亡，減低對殯葬業和死亡的恐懼。除接受不同媒體報道外，更獲不同機構及學校等邀請分享、導賞、合作舉辦活動及教授短期課程，現為不同院校之客籍講師及不同機構和團體之顧問。
