• Managing a Group of 180+ resources, comprising 15 Group Leaders, 12 Project Managers, engaged in Typesetting and SEC Filing output.• Possess experience of managing projects over multiple delivery platforms like InDesign, QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS-Word, 3B2 Applications.• Handling Financial Projects like Annual Reports, Semi Annual Reports, Prospectuses, Brochures, Envelopes, and Proxy Cards etc. for printing and filing purposes with SEC.• Achieving optimum flexibility in each project, adapting to changing circumstances and using a full range of team leadership, counseling, communications, administrative and computing skills. • Motivate the Group Members to share Ideas and work as a Team.• Maintaining high standard of operations and recording to ensure consistency and accuracy in compliance with the specification.• On time production and acceptable accuracy level.• Working on Financial data using third-party tools.• Hiring team members and creating training schedule.• Overall supervision of production, quality control and generate reports on Quality Matrix, Error Trend Analysis, Schedule Fidelity, Productivity of individuals etc.• Standardize processes and ensure adherence to ISO Compliance Quality Management Systems.• Be in touch with customer and incorporate suggested changes to workflow and process.
