• 9 years of experience in Advice & Wealth Management (Service and Operations), includes 5 years, handling teams in Estate Settlement: Asset/Money Movement and Case Manager 4 years, in client servicing, process transitions, quality audits, team management, training & development in business support sector• Manage, teams responsible to review legal paperwork and setup client & advisor instructions for Money Movement• To support advisors/clients in transaction processing and other back-end operations of retirement plans• Foster business process Reengineering targets by process simplification, ideation, standard work thus improving process efficiencies• Conduct Value Stream Mapping sessions, Monthly Business Review, and CMP (common minimum practice) analysis• Responsible for workforce planning and performance management-monthly, quarterly, mid-year/annual appraisals
