• Spearheading a team of 20 Design & Commissioning Engineers• Acting as Team Leader & Region Area In-charge• Ensuring that required features are available with offered system • Identifying deviation from technical specification document after analyzing and getting equalized with the customer/consultant• Generating engineering documents required for project execution and obtaining approval of project related documents for proceeding with engineering activities• Evaluating P&I layout and schematic drawings• Responsible for:o Calculating power consumption & heat dissipationo Preparing instruments specification, power cable & interconnection cable schedule, loop drawings, grounding plan, etc.o Clearing of all system related Pre-FAT punch pointso Selection & finalisation of contract in line with project budget• Carrying out:o Pre-Factory Acceptance (Pre-FAT) & Loop Test for field signals.o Factory Acceptance Test wherein logics are simulated & demonstrated for customer using Test Jig Simulator to replicate real time scenario and preparing punch points observed during the same• Handling activities related to:o Items engineering, ordering, & inspection of bought out itemso Estimation of cable layout & hardware accessorieso I/O list preparation, front & nest loading and panel engineering design • Providing site commissioning support for start-up of plant like powering up of DCS system and related activities till completion of SAT
