He has led awareness campaigns across the Gwalior-Chambal division, tackling social evils such as dowry, death feasts, alcohol, and other intoxicants. His efforts have resulted in significant social changes, including self-imposed liquor bans, the avoidance of death feasts, and the rejection of the dowry system in many districts of Madhya Pradesh.Particularly noteworthy is the transformation within the Gurjar community in the Gwalior-Chambal division and neighboring areas of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. These communities have ceased alcohol consumption, rejected dowries, reduced extravagant wedding expenses, and stopped performing death ceremonies.Understanding the importance of family, Lokendra champions the cause of treating parents and guardians with respect. He has distributed around 300,000 copies of the book “Mahima Mata Pita Ki” across India to promote this message. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he provided essential supplies such as ration, medicine, clothes, and other necessities to thousands of poor families.Lokendra’s ongoing efforts include educating children who work for their livelihood, distributing sanitary pads to deprived women to prevent infections and diseases, and serving the elderly by visiting old age homes.
