 Provide 24X7 Production support, monitor the Jobs in Scheduler for job abends. Adhere to SLA’s and fix the defects within specified SLA time lines to avoid penalties. Analyze the defects, identify the root cause and convert it into CR if the fix requires design changes.  Write new / modify the existing programs as per the technical requirements and review the same done by peers to verify correctness and ensure standards are followed. Prepare test plans, perform testing and produce test summary reports. Participate in internal status review meetings and interact with onsite team on requirement clarifications.
