Roles and Responsibilities towards SAP:User Administration.Role maintenance, analysing SU53 and providing missing objects accordingly.SAP System & Database Performance Analysis, Check Buffer Summary & operating system MonitorCCMS System Monitoring (General Monitoring Functions)SAP instance/default profile administration & maintenanceSpool administration, checking Spool Output Requests for Errors.Checking Background Jobs/Work Process Status and process loadsChecking Lock Entries/ Batch Input SessionsChecking RZ20 Alert monitor threshold exceptions including page in/out, CPU & memory utilization.Transports(DEV to QAS to PRD) and System Refresh (PRD to QAS)Generation and installation of maintenance licenses.Transporting Change Requests using STMS.SNOTE, Support Patch's and Add on Implementation, Kernel upgrade.SAP Service Market place activities which includes creating OSS messages to SAP, maintaining remote connections, developer register, object register, maintenance certificate renewal, SAProuter renewal certificate, download softwares, etc. Other IT responsibilities : To Maintain LAN, WAN, Desktop environment with near zero down time and utmost user satisfaction. Ensure compliance for the entire technical environment towards compliance IT Policies. Complete SAP (ERP) support. Understand the problem of the SAP users and coordinate with SAP team and give them best solutions at the earliest.  Manage all the Email Accounts with monthly backups on server. Provide the Data security by using firewall and other network policies. Coordination with Hardware vendors and providing the solutions accordingly.
