Responsibilities :•Conducted all human resource responsibilities including: assessments, interviewing, hiring, orientations, employee relations, employee coaching, and terminations •Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for the business in India.•Manage all team members, including commitment setting and performance management•Drive workforce planning and capacity planning, optimize team to deliver against full hiring demand whilst ensuring productivity targets are being met •Monitor headcount execution plan and own headcount forecasting •Central Sourcing, Diversity, Staffing Marketing, and other organizations and peers as appropriate to ensure a high quality experience for hiring managers, the staffing team and candidates •Ensure that a positive candidate experience is managed by leading a high quality recruitment, feedback and communication process via On-Boarding Process •Develop a diverse pipeline of excellent prospects to source proactively for current and future roles. As a result, the business will be able to fill key positions more quickly with top talent •Advise hiring managers on strategic staffing issues including industry talent trends, best tools to use or sources for candidates •Ensure any changes in staffing policies, systems and processes are implemented & guide stakeholders on expected impact
