Pharmalink Associates is a company that deals with Pharmaceuticals Company, i had appointed as the Manager of Operations and Audit for Alkem Laboratories Ltd Generic Division. I was looking for a complete audit of Karnataka's sales and warehouse operations audit, it include inventory management, receivables management, customer relationship audit, GMP constraint audit, and inward and outward process audit. SOP audit etc.

I went on to work for Capgemini India Business Services Ltd and I was hired as a senior consultant for SOX & compliance management assurance service. there are six individuals were directly reporting to me, and audits will be done based on the compliance methodology like testing of controls, walk-through and documentation Final audit observation status to be declared through DRT to client at the time of service delivery meeting.

Between 2011 and 2014, I worked as an Assistant Manager Internal Auditor for Pharmed Ltd (a pharmaceutical company).I was auditing 19 CSA/CFAs, 3 regional offices, 2 mother depots (warehouses), and the corporate headquarters across India. I'm the person in charge of the entire location's end-to-end operation audit, as well as functional department audits such as marketing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, sales, admin, HR, CMD, IT, and procurement, as well as coordinating with company-appointed external auditors for the PAN India CFA audit.Draft audit observation report with risk and recommendations to be reviewed with the action owner, process owner, and functional head for the completeness of the audit.In the presence of a functional head, the company board of directors, and the CEO, the final audit report will be presented in the audit committee meeting. The whole discussion and major action plan must be documented and communicated to audit committee presenters.

I have 14+ years of experience in Core Internal Audit especially in Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Big-5 audit consulting companies, even more experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Construction, CFA & CSA audit, supply chain management, SOP review, IFC review, SOX and compliance audit, factory and company statutory compliance audit...etc. Initially my career was started in the year of June2006 at Religare Wellness ltd as a Senior Executive Internal Auditor. Religare Wellness Ltd is a retail chain pharmacy across PAN India, and it is a group of Fortis.I was looking at the complete audit for the southern region, including stores, warehouses, regional offices, and so on. There are 10 people working under my supervision in various regions, and they were reporting directly to me on various types of audit reports, such as inventory audits, random stock audits, store/warehouse compliance audits, SOP audits, retail outlet audits, monthly regional office audits, warehouse audits Etc. The final report was reviewed with the cluster leader before being submitted to top management.
