Roles and Responsibilities :1. Conceptual design & Development of Engineering Drawings & Specifications required for manufacturing & fabrication of Low-Voltage (LV) Switchgear Panel.2. Creating 3D Models of Sheet metal, Busbar & Supports using 2D/3D & CAD Software’s.3. Selection & Design of the following specific requirements based on the Type Test results, Engineering Guidelines & Manufacturing Instructions which are best fit for the Switch gear design to fulfill Customer requirements.4. Closely working in SAP for Creating & Uploading Bill of Material (BOM) and Material Master Creation.Calculation of Busbar Sizes as per the project requirement.5. Optimizes designs to meet updated standards, incorporating new products, components, and functionalities & Ensures creation of customized designs with high priority.6. Interacts with customers and provides technical guidance on design related queries.7. Attends project meetings and presents specific aspects of project design assignments. 8. Follows work plans and cost estimates for work in one’s area of responsibility and ensures quality deliverables on time and at targeted cost.9. Supporting sales in creating design solutions to proposals for engineering projects or programs and solving critical technical design related issues & queries from customer.10. Close co-operation & Interfacing effectively with the other departments like (Planning, Production, Service, SCM, & Quality).11. Providing a Technical Support for Type Tests, Installation, and commissioning Activities.

Requirement review, planning & Development of Cell performance target and product development.3. Preparing and Managing overall design and development schedule, adherence to the project milestone.4. DAP Document & Presentation and BOM Preparation.5. Process automation systems performance characterization and Part specification finalization.6. Design study & Calculation, Standard parts & pneumatic accessories selections.7. Hands on experience in robotic simulation tools.8. Managing Design Reviews/Validation documents with suppliers and cross functional team.9. Creation of Manufacturing drawings(GD&T).10. Assembly and material inspection with MIIR & MOIR documents preparation.11. Risk assessment and Validating Design justifications and process requirements.12. Identifying the opportunities for simulation requirements for design validation.13. Part Technical file, Specification preparation and sharing with supplier. (Study envelopes and Part drawings sharing with supplier).14. Interaction with PQA for co-ordinate part development & validation.15. Planning & Supervising of Mechanical achieve the Organizational Objectives.16. Interacting & Reviewing client input and opportunity identification for design improvement.17. Tracking supplier design report to eliminate possible risk in tool.18. Idea generations for inverter projects for design and cost optimization.19. Commissioning & Installation at customer site.20. Robot simulation & cycle time study.21. Projects ISO Documentation Preparation.
